The Box Office is open 10am-5pm (10am-4pm for winter hours from 1 October) from Wednesday to Saturday. On days when there is an evening show, the Box Office will remain open until after the show has started. For morning performances, Box Office will be open no later than one hour before the show starts..

Book online

Online bookings are subject to a £1 per transaction fee. For an additional £1, your tickets can be posted to you.

Concessions and offers

Where available, concessions may apply to children, senior citizens, families, disabled people, registered unemployed, Palace Theatre Members and groups. Not all discounts apply to all shows.

Babies under 12 months go free but must hold a valid ticket.

Special offers do not apply to previously purchased tickets.
